Digital Template License Agreement

CTRLALTMAKE, LLC

This Digital Template License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital template files (“Files”) sold by CTRLALTMAKE, LLC.

By purchasing, downloading, or using these Files, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

CTRLALTMAKE, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Files for personal and small business use, subject to the restrictions in this Agreement.

This license is valid for one individual or one business entity only.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Use the Files as laser-cut paths to:

    • Cut leather

    • Create paper, cardstock, or acrylic templates for your own use

  • Produce and sell finished physical products made using the Files, within the limits described in Section 4

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Files, designs, and related content remain the exclusive intellectual property of CTRLALTMAKE, LLC.

This purchase grants usage rights only.
No ownership or copyright transfer is implied or granted.

4. Commercial Use & Production Limit

You may sell finished physical products made from the Files under the following conditions:

  • Production is limited to no more than 500 finished items per design per calendar year

  • Items must be produced by you or your business

  • Production must not involve:

    • Factory manufacturing

    • Print-on-demand services

    • Third-party fulfillment or outsourcing

This license does not permit:

  • Mass production

  • Wholesale manufacturing

  • White-label or private-label use

  • Use by multiple people, teams, or locations under a single purchase

If you wish to exceed these limits or manufacture at scale, please contact CTRLALTMAKE, LLC to obtain an extended commercial license.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, share, gift, or distribute the Files

  • Resell or distribute modified, altered, or derivative versions of the Files

  • Sell, share, or distribute physical templates made from the Files
    (including acrylic, wood, MDF, paper, or similar materials)

  • Upload the Files or derivative designs to any digital platform, marketplace, or repository

  • Include the Files in template bundles, pattern packs, classes, or kits

6. No Reverse Engineering

You may not trace, recreate, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the design for the purpose of resale or redistribution, even if altered.

7. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Optional example:

“Made using a template by CTRLALTMAKE, LLC”

8. Termination & Enforcement

Violation of this Agreement may result in:

  • Immediate termination of the license

  • Revocation of usage rights

  • Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices

  • Legal action where applicable

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using these Files, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
