Refund policy
Physical Items
All sales of physical items are final. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged Physical Items
If a physical item arrives damaged, you must provide a photo or video of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a replacement. Refunds for damaged items will only be issued at our discretion.
If no proof of damage is provided within the 7-day window, no replacement will be issued. Customers are responsible for returning damaged items if requested, unless otherwise approved.
Digital Files
All sales of digital files are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads.
Order Cancellations & Restocking Fee
Orders can only be canceled before the item has been made or shipped. If a cancellation is requested before production, a 7% cancellation/restocking fee will apply to cover processing fees and materials.
Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped cannot be canceled.
